Who We Are

zenBirdies is a digital product currently in development. This privacy notice explains how we handle personal information collected on this page before launch. For any privacy questions, contact privacy@zenbirdies.com.

Early Access List

If you submit your email address on our coming soon page, we store it solely to notify you when zenBirdies launches. We will not send you marketing emails before launch, share your address with third parties, or use it for any other purpose. You can ask us to remove your address at any time by emailing privacy@zenbirdies.com.

Analytics

If you allow optional cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand page views, early-access sign-ups, demo briefing usage, and pre-launch demand. Analytics is off until you choose to allow optional cookies. We do not enable advertising storage or ad personalisation.

Lawful Basis

We process your email address on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the early access form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Signed-in users can delete their account from Settings, or contact privacy@zenbirdies.com for help with privacy requests. In the UK, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the full product launches. Any material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
